Ordering

Enquiries & quotes

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, then tap “Get a quote” or add items to your enquiry list. Your request opens in WhatsApp for you to review and send. We reply with the available options, price and completion time, and your order goes ahead once you approve the quotation and artwork.

What details should I include?

Tell us the product, size, quantity, paper preference and any finishing such as lamination or rounded corners. If you already have artwork or a reference picture, attach it in the WhatsApp chat.

Is there a minimum quantity?

It depends on the product. Where there is a minimum order, it is listed in the product’s specifications. If you need fewer, just ask and we will let you know what is possible.

Can I ask about several products at once?

Yes. Tap the bag icon on any product to add it to “My enquiries”, adjust the quantities, then send the whole list to us in one WhatsApp message.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank transfer or card. For big orders, we ask for a 70% deposit before we start.

Artwork

Files & colour

What file format should I send?

A print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, PSD and high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Word is fine too, but save it as PDF so the layout doesn't move. See our artwork guide for the full checklist.

What is bleed, and why do I need it?

Bleed is an extra 3 mm of background added beyond the edge of your design. Printed sheets are trimmed to size, and the bleed makes sure colours and images reach the edge with no thin white lines.

Why do printed colours look different from my screen?

Screens mix light (RGB) while printers mix ink (CMYK), so very bright screen colours can look softer on paper. Paper type also changes how colour appears. Design in CMYK where possible, and ask us if colour accuracy is important for your job.

How sharp do my images need to be?

Use images of 300 dpi at the size they will be printed. Pictures copied from websites or social media are usually too small and can print blurry.

Materials

Paper & finishing

What does “gsm” mean?

Gsm (grams per square metre) describes paper weight. The higher the number, the thicker and stiffer the paper. We print and photocopy on Double A 70gsm paper. Flyers are often 105–157gsm, and name cards are usually 260–310gsm.

Matt or gloss lamination?

Both add a thin protective film against scuffs and moisture. Matt lamination feels soft and reduces glare for an elegant look. Gloss lamination is shiny and makes colours look more vivid.

What are spot UV and foil?

Spot UV is a clear, glossy coating applied only to selected areas, such as a logo, so it shines against a matt background. Foil (hot stamping) presses a thin metallic layer, such as gold or silver, onto the card.

Should I choose digital or offset printing?

Digital printing suits smaller quantities and faster turnaround. Offset printing suits large quantities, usually from 1,000 pieces, and gives a lower cost per piece. Tell us your quantity and date, and we will suggest the better option.

Timing

Completion & collection

How long will my order take?

Each product page shows its usual completion time. The actual time depends on quantity, finishing and current workload, so let us know your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm it before printing.

Can you do urgent orders?

Yes, depending on the product. Urgent orders cost extra. Tell us your deadline on WhatsApp and we will let you know if we can do it.

How do I receive my order?

Collect your order from our shop in Taman Desa. If you cannot come yourself, you can arrange your own Lalamove or Grab to pick it up. Just let us know the pickup time.
